Release-GlobalSantaFe Updates Customs Investigation

GlobalSantaFe Corporation announced that it received a subpoena from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today seeking documents related to the company’s ongoing internal investigation.

The SEC advised GlobalSantaFe that it has issued a formal order of investigation in connection with the matter. The company’s cooperation with the SEC and the U.S. Department of Justice is ongoing.
