ExxonMobil completed its acquisition of InterOil. The deal closed after the Supreme Court of Yukon granted a final order approving the merger.
Under the deal the US supermajor acquired all outstanding common shares of InterOil and InterOil shareholders are to receive 0.5459 shares in ExxonMobil for each common share.
InterOil shareholders will also receive a contingent resource payment.
