Azzawiya Oil Refining Company Inc. (ARC), a subsidiary of National Oil Corporation of Libya (NOC) has a marine terminal comprising three mooring berths for the import and export of crude, semi-finished and finished petroleum products.
ARC intends to carry out a complete overhaul of a Product Fluid Swivel which was brought out to marine site for breakdown including inspection, repair and replacement of defective parts, painting, testing, certification etc. as per the internationally approved standards and specifications.
The companies/contractors willing to take part in the prequalification process are required to submit their documents with a copy of this advertisement stamped by the company/contractor by 8th of May 2022 to the following:
