Angola’s Minister of Petroleum, Jose Maria Botelho de Vasconcelos, approved a couple of forms connected to the petroleum sector in Angola.
By means of Order No. 29/17 of January 27, 2017 the minister approved the following registration forms: (i) template for access to tenders for the awarding of provision of services contracts; and (ii) template for companies which are parties to already-executed contracts and which seek to have access to the relevant benefits set forth in the law.
Both forms are to be used to include Angolan companies providing services to the petroleum industry on the Ministry of Petroleum’s database.
