Agip Extends Abo FPSO Contract Again

Agip recently extended its contract with BW Offshore for the Abo FPSO through January 14 and has again secured an extension, according to a statement released by the vessel owner.

BW Offshore states it has signed a short-term extension for Abo FPSO with Nigerian Agip Exploration Ltd, a subsidiaryof ENI S.p.A., until March 31, 2023.

The Abo FPSO has been working on the Abo field in OML 125 offshore Nigeria with Eni’s subsidiary since production began in 2003.
